‘Tribute Shirt For HAITI’

PRODUCT

This tee was designed after an Haitian Stamp issued in 1958 by the United Nations. It was reissued by the American Red Cross in 1959. I chose this design because it is both visually interesting and also represents a slice of Haiti’s history.

***%50 of the proceeds from this shirt will be donated to the the American Red Cross to support emergency relief and recovery efforts to help those people affected by the earthquake in Haiti***

Each shirt is hand printed on super-soft 100% ringspun cotton.

COLORS:
Golden yellow motif printed on deep red fabric.

And how they’re growing, and how amazing it is??

Let me put this in perspective- used to not be able keep a houseplant alive. Now I can plant seeds that are barely even a millemeter in diameter only to have them to emerge as plants just a few day later? Days people. I am humbled and amazed!! I will soon post a detailed description of how I did it so that you too can share in all this vegetable gardeny joy

It Is Time….To Get Your Tomato Plants Started

This year, My goal is to grow the coolest looking vegetable garden possible. For tomatoes, I’m going with the most eye-catching and unique varieties like:

Because, hey, I like pink, and I like pleats

because well, they’re purple. nuff said.

Looks and feels like a peach- tastes like a tomato? FRESH.

wait wait wait- you mean to tell me they are tomatillos, yet also purple?? That’s freakin awesome dude ;p I’ll take it.

So as you can see this season, I’m going for both style AND substance in my organic vegetable garden. How about you?
